Tea from Japan - Shincha Mine Yutaka - box of 50g

Wada san offers this year a remarkable Shincha with sweet and vegetal notes. Its astringency was muted thanks to a short shading of the tea trees before the harvest.

Considered one of the best harvests of 2022, this grand cru is originated from Mine Yutaka cultivar, which is endemic to Tanegashima island, south of Kagoshima region.
