TEA AND SPORT
Tea is acknowledged to be the “par excellence” universal beverage. People drink tea in hot countries to refresh themselves and in cold countries to keep warm.
All over the world people drink tea to quench their thirst. Tea is tonic, it has a stimulating but no exciting effect while increasing your resistance and quick-wittedness.
Consuming tea does not bring any calories; however this is a beverage which offers a wealth of benefits which are certainly the reason why it is so immensely popular. Today tea is the most consumed beverage after water.

Sportsperson's tea
- 1 liter of water
- 5 or 6 spoonfuls of green tea
- 2 or 3 spoonfuls of honey
- 1 spoonful of lemon juice
Brew the green te, then filer it. Add the honey anfd lemon in the hot tea, pour into a Thermos flask.
Whether you drink it warm or cold, the thirst-quenching and energetic qualities of the tea are the same.
