SPOTLIGHT ON AFRICA
We take you on a journey from the north to the south of Africa with the discovery of this immense continent's iconic teas.

The first, an herbal tea with a beautiful ruby colour and a delightfully acidulous flavour, is made from the hibiscus flower, known as "Carcadet" in French, "Karkandji" in North Africa, and "Bissap" in West Africa.
The second, a magnificent amber-coloured tea bursting with the sweet taste of sunlight, is the drink that reigns supreme in the Cape region (in Afrikaans, it is pronounced "roy-boss").
These two drinks, which contain no theine, are equally delicious hot or chilled.
