GONGJANG SERVICE

The patina of this porcelain service was obtained by adding vegetable ash to the glaze.

The vegetable powder produces by transmutation during cooking a slight random coloring with the delicate natural white appearance, shaded with green. Each piece has a different rendering. Color variations should be seen as a sign of the quality of an artisanal manufacturing process.
